Returns
How do I return?
- Enter your name, order number and email address in the fields below
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
Big Furniture Products are non-returnable & covered only under 7 days replacement policy
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return. We will arrange reverse pickup from your location.
- In case return pickup is not available at given pincode, customer has to self return the product and we will refund the courier charges max 20% of order amount.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days
- For prepaid orders refund is processed to original mode of payment and will reflect in your account in 6 to 7 days.
- For COD orders refund is processed in Ouch Cart wallet within 48 hours.
- For Fast Refunds you can select credit( Ouch Cart Wallet) option.
