Horrible product, even worse service! My order arrived 11 weeks after ordering - after a lotttt of phone calls and emails, and coordination with the courier company myself! When it arrived, it was damaged and UGLY - looks nothing like the online image. I reached out to Ouchcart asking them to either take it back and refund, or replace the damaged product - what they did was sending me a screenshot from their website saying "orders over Rs.3000 cannot be replaced or refunded" - isn't that amazing for a furniture company that sells only products above that amount! I asked them to at least get it repaired - it has already been 2 weeks since the carpenter visited and saw the problems but nothing has been done yet - on follow up calls the carpenter says that this has been put on hold. Nobody has any answers to my emails or calls - I have a damaged piece of furniture stored in my house while I wait for them to do something about it! Will never recommend Ouchcart - in fact I will make sure that nobody I know everything orders from you! It is a fraud company and should be taken to court.
